After hours of Sanding, priming and more sanding the plug is finally complete. The next step will be making the mold and producing the final product.

Steve finalized the overall look of the wing. And began working on the underside, and mounting area.

‘The Master’ (Steve) at work! We decided to add a up-turn to the lip of the wing to give it a more aggressive “Flared” Look.

After achieving a rough shape with the foam, Steve applied a layer of ‘Marglass’ to add structure to the wing. Sanding and more sanding!

Today Steve pored the foam and started shaping the wing.
